Help Guest account data transfer issue

[Android Question]

I created a guest account and shot some long videos using that account. The problem now is that i can't transfer those videos. When connecting my phone as USB, the data in guest account does not show up (while the data in my regular account does) and also due to the very large file size i am not able to upload the files to any cloud storage. Can any one relate to it and help me solve this. Any help is highly appreciated.

When the phone is logged on to the guest account connect to the PC and see if the video becomes available
