Help Guest account

Just got my new s7, but I can't figure out how to get into the guest account. It was really simple on my moto x. It can't be that hard on the s7, but I can't figure it out!

Go to Settings / Users and tap the Guest menu to activate it, it will switch to Guest for the first time, the switching process may take a while.

After that you will be able to use Guest account from the looking screen using the pull down menu.

Another way is to check the "Add users when device is locked", after that you can add Guest or User accounts from the looking screen.

I don't see a "user" option. I even searched for "user", but it bring anything up.

I don't see anything on my s7 that is like what you are suggesting! What am I missing? I really need this to work or I'll have to return the s7 for something else. Please explain.
