Guid for S2 GT-I9100 rooting???

Hi guys,

I went to the sticky "Galaxy S2 International all things root" but it seems very confusing. It seems to have 100 different links and doesn't have a direct link for what I'm looking for.

Can some one please post a link to the guide for "Galaxy S2 GT-I1900" rooting with 4.0.3 version and baseband version: i9100XXLPH.
