Root [GUIDE] Switching from SuperSU to Superuser on Stock + Root

So if you are like me, and you have gone back and forth between stock and CM10 then you may prefer the look and feel of Superuser over SuperSU once you go back to stock. If you do, follow these steps, and you can switch to Superuser without any headaches.

(I know most people consider SuperSU to be better, I get it, and I don't care, so save it, and don't bother with the comments)

Link to Superuser: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.koushikdutta.superuser

1.) Open Google Play and search for Superuser and download the latest version.
2.) Once it's installed, open Google Play again and search for SuperSU and tap uninstall the updates.
3.) Open SuperSU and open the settings (you will get an error that another superuser app is installed, just click cancel).
4.) Scroll down a little bit and tap where it says clean up to install another superuser app.
5.) It will alert you that it will uninstall and close, click ok.
6.) SuperSU should close and should no longer be in your list of apps.
7.) Open up Superuser and swipe from left to right.
8.) Tap where it says tap to update binary.
9.) It will go through the steps and get a FAIL on remounting system as root. (don't worry)
10.) Reboot your phone.
11.) Open Superuser again (you will have to grant anything you have that requires root access, root access again through Superuser)
12.) Swipe left to right again, and tap to update the binary again, it will succeed.
13.) Enjoy using Superuser.

Just figured I would share this in case anyone wanted to go from SuperSU to Superuser and wasn't sure how. I prefer the latter ;)

I actually did this also. I'm using the superuser app put out by koush, the same guy that put out ROM Manager.

Superuser by koush gives you the option to hide the annoying notifications everytime an app is granted su permissions (the reason I switched a long long time ago)

I've always trusted the original Superuser by Koush. I've used it since my first rooted phone (the original EVO 4G on Android 2.2) and it has not failed me yet.
