Haven't owned a Samsung in a while so not up on current rooting methods but some Android versions are easier to root than others.
If you plan on keeping it stock, I would try the latest released version by date for your model number.

I have an s6 clone and its stuck on the Samsung logo it doesnt have a download mode but i think i could try and fix it by using fastboot i might be wrong though pls help
Unfortunately, without the firmware, there's not much that can be done. Official Samsung roms will surely fail to install, or could brick your phone in the process. Clones are problematic in that you never really know who makes them, and they often provide little or no support after the sale.
