gv-10 dvt box hack/firmware upgrade?

I bought the gv-10 but dissapointed you can only skype text chat and not voice chat. Tried usb mic/webcams no go..

Looking for a firmware hack. Anybody upgraded this box?
Manufacturer doesnt reply to emails!!:mad:
