Help gw620 stuck on boot

i am hoping someone can help as LG themselfs are no help, i turned on my lg gw620 today and its stuck on the LG boot screen the phone is not rooted or hackup in anyway , i have tryed holding the menu & down vol, also try the holding down the cam + vol + menu with no joy , if anyone knows away to fix plz let me know thanks,

Try the fastboot? turn on and as soon as the backlight comes on press and hold the space key. If it works load the drivers and use openetna to load firmware...
