I am not familiar with that phone, so I can't answer the question about the camera, but if you have access tot he market, you can get Documents to Go which will read MS Office docs with the free version. and there is a paid version if you need to edit them.

You can usually find handset specific support in the forum related to your handset - I do not know which brand H3000 is, but have a look to see if you can find your handset in the phones section here - http://androidforums.com/

I also just bought an H3000 & was looking for someone using this phone, can anyone tell me the following:
-Does the trackball glow (light) all the time or only for some specific function.
-How to use the front camera.
-How to install software for Word,excel, ppt etc.
-Does the camera flash operate automatically or do we have to manually switch it on.
- How to make the GPS work without internet
I'll highly appreciate if you can personally check these & respond to me!

If you go to http://androidforums.com/ and scroll down, you should see a list of manufacturers and the different models that they make. I am not familiar with the H3000 (I know that a lot of manufacturers call their phones different things in different countries), so can't link to it.

There have been recent references to the H3000 and the H4000. These are Chinese made phones that I don't believe have a separate forum. Plus, because of the limited manufacturer information available, they are very difficult to support. We can make general Android suggestions, but when it comes to custom roms and root, we're flying blind.
