Help h5 Box stuck on boot screen

Hi, I just got a new H5 Box Android TV And after using it for the afternoon, I reset it, and now it's stuck on the boot screen. I downloaded a couple apps (Fusion and Xfinity addons) but that's it. Help! I have absolutely no idea what happened or what to do next...yikes.

Was it a factory reset? If so you may have now wiped all the data from your box. I have an m8 box and posted a thread asking for help, but have had no help or replies , reason for coming to this forum, due to performing a factory reset after intermittent internet issues.

My box showed just the mbox start screen and stayed here.

I have downloaded new firmware and flashed the box which has now brought back my android GUI . You may want to google firmware for you model, and do some research into compatibility and procedures to install.
