Hackers trying to sell bank accounts!

This is getting ridiculous, first I saw this post today, I reported it and assumed it was removed, now somebody is trying to sell bank accounts again in the Introduction forum!

We can't catch them all, so reporting them really does help.

That would be me.

If they register using an IP address that hasn't previously been used then we've no way of knowing they're not legitimate members until the spam starts flowing. The best we can do is ask you to report it so that it can be trashed ASAP, and hopefully the culprits will eventually decide that spamming AF is more trouble than it's worth.
