I went to 2 Verizon stores to replace my s3. Both stores had no idea what to do, total morons...I went to a third store. These guys were great. I've been having some video issues and needed to replace my phone. The phone they replaced seems better overall. Wifi faster and the video is working great. The only thing I noticed is that it seems to be a bit lighter. It's probably in my head, but it really does. I've only had phone for an hour or so, but I'm very happy with this one...
