hal from a space odyssey on android?

hi,

ive got a htc hero (upgrading soon )

i was just looking at adverts on youtube for android and ive noticed a few of them like this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4OHjUNIWeo&feature=related

it seems as if it has some kind of skin or app that when you activate the screen it starts up by showing a red dot (instead of the pull down bar thing on the htc hero) that just reminds me of hal from a space odyssey, can anyone tell me if this available to download or is it just on the advert?

When I did that, it locked me out of the phone and then killed itself.
Not recommended.
