Half Camera works with your phone

This sounds very interesting. The guts of a camera that uses your smart phone to control it.

"Finally, after being envious of the Japanese market for several months, what is perhaps one of the best innovations in mobile phone photography has arrived in the US."

Olympus Air A01 :D:cool::)

Looks the same as the Oppo O-lens and the Kodak SL25.

They're basically the same or very similar devices.

These things are around $300, frankly for that price you can buy a decent large lensed compact, that's completely self contained and doesn't depend on a phone to function, i.e. a real camera. And the Oppo "O-lens" version, it depends on a proprietary Oppo app, that apparently hasn't been updated to work with Lollipop >5.0, and likely never will be.
