I used to go every year (until wifey came along) but I AM going back this year (7 years later...).
ColtonLane - Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights
It definetely is. It's worth checking out if you have the time and like haunted houses.
I am going opening night.
Hey, so am I!
I'm going and tbh I am terrified!!! My family all think its a good idea and are really looking forward to it, but I'd rather stick needles in my eyeballs.
I KNOW they are just people dressed up and with make up and masks on and that they cant touch you but on the night I'll not be able to tell myself that when I am screaming and crying and running away.
Quick question to the people who have been before, how does it work? When you go, do you have to go hours before and queue to get in like going to a concert or something, or do you just turn up at opening time?
And, what IS it like? They cant touch you can they?
Thanks for your reply. We have been to Universal before though never HHN. and so I was just a little unsure how it works. We have our Universal Tickets and this year have got the one incorporating HHN. I dont think we are there in the day so its going to be a case of travelling there afternoon/early evening and so wondered whats the best plan of action with regard to time to arrive at Universal. I know its going to be amazing but also know I am going to be terrified.
Maybe Android Forums members can meet up opening night. Pm me if your gonna be there guys.
I can't remember the date I'm going off of the top of my head... Friday the 27th or 28th of September... whichever the Friday is.
Double check on that.... they consider it a separately ticketed event. You'll need to buy an ADDITIONAL pass for HHN.
My plan is pretty much what brian86j said. Get to the park early, preregister so I can get "locked" in the park and get a few of the houses knocked out early (before they are open to the public).
Yeah it's included. We buy the tickets from a uk site (proper official one) and when buying the universal tickets we had the option to add HHN. We paid extra obviously but the ticket states admission to HHN on certain nights - I don't think it includes weekends but it lists all the dates ours includes and surprisingly Halloween night is one of those nights, and I THINK that's the night we intend to go, as that is a night we hadn't planned anything.
But yeah our ticket includes it.
