So today after waiting for a while my Droid Turbo could finally upgrade to Lolipop and needless to say, I was ****ing happy. So i wait until i get home, plug in my phone (it was close to dying) and hit yes to the update, it downloads, and then I say install. Half way through the install my screen goes black and a second later my phone pops up with a message saying "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped." So I hit OK and the same thing popped up. I hit it a couple more times and the my background appeared with the same message. Seeing my background gave me hope so i hit it again and back to black with the error message. Being mad I hit the button a couple more time and once again my background appears and the same thing happens. So then I go online to try to find an answer and all I am getting is people telling others to factory reset. Well I have a lot of stuff on my phone and I mean a lot and the only thing backed up are my pictures. I would really, REALLY love it if one of you could help me fix this without losing everything.
