Handcent and iPhone

I've been using Handcent for a while now and the only complaint I have is when I'm texting with iPhone users. Whenever I get a text from my iPhone friends, a download button appears in the window, so I have to take the extra step of "downloading" the text. As if that isn't bad enough, I can't "reply all" to iPhone texts? Is this a limitation of Handcent, or am I missing something in the set-up?
