Help Handcent causing partial wakelock?

I have Badass Battery and Better Battery Stats installed to figure out what is causing wakelocks. It seems that Handcent popup is causing partial wakelocks and it is really draining my battery. Is anyone else seeing this? Any solution?

I would imagine that the only true fix is to turn off the popup.

I was hoping to be able to continue to use the popup without the wakelock issue.

The pop up itself doesn't show up in my wake locks, but the skin I'm using does. Especially when I don't answer right away.

Yeah, I should have specified, this is exactly what I'm seeing.
