Help handcent changed to japanese??!!

somehow handcent menus are in japanes or korean or whatever on my phone now. not sure how that happened but anyway can someone tell me how to change it back in the menu system? I don't want to uninstall and reinstall with the new update.
If you can tell me its the third menu down choice number 4 or whatever for english that would be huge

Bottom Middle for Settings
Top Selection for Language
Top Selection for English

this is happening on my experia x10, every setting appears to be english, but handcent is still insisting on giving me japanese characters too
