I've been using Handcent as my SMS application since I've had Android and one problem has always bugged me.
I've got popups turned on. Notification icons show in the toolbar when I get a new SMS. If I close out the popup, or reply, the notification icon goes away (message marked as read).
However, sometimes it doesn't mark the message as read. It appeared to only affect certain contacts. I narrowed it down and it looks like it's for the people who append Callback (CB) numbers in their messages. Has anyone seen anything like this??
