Handcent not showing replies?

Hello all,
I'm new to the forum, and so far, I like what I see. I was hoping I could get some help with an issue I'm having

I recently installed Handcent SMS, and I love it so far. The only problem is, aside from new texts I received since installing the application, previous texts look as though I'm having a conversation with myself. The archived texts look like very one-sided conversations.

All I can see are the bubbles for my responses to texts, but not the contacts reply (if you're using the iPhone theme, all I see are my green bubbles, with none of their gray ones).

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app many times to no avail. If I go to the stock messaging app, the replies and all texts are there, so its a flaw within Handcent itself.

I hope I explained it clearly enough

Any solutions?

Try a different theme, or you might have to adjust the font colors or something like that. I can't comment on the iPhone theme as I have never used it.
