Help Handcent pop-up notification

Is anyone else having problems with Handcent pop up notification? I have the privacy on, so once I receive the text message, I have to click "view message" to view the text in a quick reply window. But when I click "view message", the quick reply window disappears and I have to unlock my phone to view the quick reply window message. Anyone else having this issue?

If you have a screenlock on, the popup window with privacy on is by design.
