Handcent vibration problem

Hi guys, i've seen this posted a few times before but no answers have been recent or worked for me.

I have a vibration problem with Handcent. I have it set to always vibrate under notifications but it doesn't! I tried downloading Sound Manager and nothing. In my android settings, the phone is set to vibrate but it doesn't. The only time my phone vibrates is when I get a new email or a Facebook notification.

I'm really starting to get discouraged here. Any help would be awesome.

BTW i'm running ICS with Touchwiz on a Galaxy S2.

Hmm. did you make sure that you enable vibration on the settings app of Android? If vibration is not on there by default, some apps are not allowed to use the vibrating motor.
