Handcent with GO Locker

I see this has been asked a few times, but no ones answers....what is the deal with using handcent and GO Locker. With locker, the stock messenger pops up, but no handcent. I need to unlock to open handcent. What a waste. Must be something better than GO locker

Its been a very long time since I used either GO or Handcent, so I might be wrong on this...

You should be able to use the stock launcher app with Handcent. In Handcent's settings, you can configure message pop up on the lock screen. After you unlock it will go to Handcent's message.

It worked that way for me way back on the S1.

What phone are you using? What version of Android?
