Hands free app

[billheath]

I hope someone can help. I have a Droid X with a blue ant Q2 (AD2P). I am looking for an app that will read my texts and email and allow me to voice text in return. I have looked at a bunch of apps in the Market but none seem to allow hands free both ways. It would be helpful if the app would give me the options of listening to the, postponing or deleting the messages. (some are junk, some are personnel and some need urgent attention
Any ideas will be appreciated. I would welcome suggestions even if the app couldn't do everything!
Thanks, Bill

Blueant has an app in the market that will read your text messages.
The only app I know that allows you to respond is Vocalyst but you have to have a supported Plantronics headset and sign up for the yearly subscription service.
