Hands Free Voice Assistant needed

Hello I never owned an Android Phone. Now I do. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 1 running Jellybean 4.1.2 - the latest version this phone can support. Now I had a windows phone running windows phone 7.5. I have a Motorola Hands Free T325 Speakerphone that I use in my car.
I loved how my windows phone and this speakerphone worked.

When driving, with my windows phone I could-
Press the call button on the speakerphone and say:
-"Call mike" - and my phone called mike
-"Message Mike" and i could have called out my text message and send, all using voice.

When I received a message, the voice assistant in Windows 7.5 read my messages through the speakerphone. In fact, the Windows Phone 7.5 Voice assistant spoke through the speakerphone as opposed to the loud speaker on the phone, as long as the speaker phone was connected via bluetooth.

***I would love this same functionality at least for my Android. I am new to android. How can I replicate this comfortable behavior with android? You see, I dont want to look at the screen or touch the screen while im driving, i think it takes away from the Hands Free Experience. Windows Phone 7.5 did this extremely well. I also want the voice of the voice assistant talk to me through the bluetooth speakerphone. My android talks through the phone loudspeaker currently when it is connected via bluetooth to the speakerphone. I wanna solve both problems Is there an app? Is there a setting. I use "Robin" the siri contender APP currently, but i still have to touch the screen to activate Robin. Why can't I just press the speakerphone button like in windows phone?

Come on Android Buffs, prove me wrong. This is my first android and I do not want to be disappointed. Help me please!

I don't know if this is exactly what you're after, but it's worth a try.

Tap settings/Language and input/Text-to-speech output and turn on Driving mode.

Incoming calls and texts will automatically be read out to you.

See if your Motorola speakerphone is compatible with the My Motospeak app. My Motorola Elite bluetooth headset is. With this app you will hear "text from xxx" "Do you with to listen?" then you say yes or no. After you listen to the text message the app will ask if you wish to reply. You then say yes and what you want to text back. Works very well.

Also, does the Note 1 have Samsung's S Voice app? This also works well for doing this. Not as good as the My Motospeak app though.

The only one that I can recommend is Android Voice Extreme, I haven't tried any of the others. I would recommend you watch videos of the different voice assistants you find on Google Play and decide whether it's the right program for you depending on features and price.

Your opening post was like feeling deja vu with the features you required, as it reminded me of all of the features of Android Voice Extreme which were explained in a 40 minute instructional video on youtube.

Here's the video, good luck with whichever program you use, they're a great time saver and provide great convenience.

On your Note, pull down the notification bar and swipe toggles right to left: activate driving mode. Or in the settings activate Talkback. Not sure if the Note I has S-Voice though, its kinda like Siri.
