I want to use my lg handwriting keyboard but I can't because it says languages unavailable due to no permissions, can someone tell me how to use it without using the Google handwriting app. Thnx.

IF you go to Settings_ LG keyboard_ more_ languages and pick a language it will ask for and set permission. Mine did.

I see what youre saying mine has this (see image). first have you tried reinstalling LG keyboard,and/or tried https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.handwriting.ime also can try deleting data and cache of LG keyboard.

how go you uninstall the keyboard and/or delete cache

Go to settings_app, then make sure system apps are showing by clicking the 3dots and picking SHOW SYSTEM, then scroll to lg keyboard now press storage and clear data and cache, this is going to totally reset keyboard.
