can any one help me please ??
my phone tells me there is an update for your phone, it starts downloading jelly bean update, 114mb, fine ...
it finishes downloading, asks me to install now or later, i select now,
it starts installing, suddenly it hangs up and a logo appears with an exclamation mark in some triangle sign with android logo ... nothing goes furthur, cells turns inoperable, then i have to take off the battery and restart/power on the phone, its on ics 4.0.4 .... i did factory reset 3 times to enable software update to start downloading again ... no use ... always hang ... what to do ??
