Help Hangouts Help please.

Ever since I started using the Hangouts app for my SMS I've never been able to send or receive mms through wifi, only the mobile network. A few people have told me that change the VPN settings I believe? But how do I exactly Do that? And change it to what? Help please.

AFAIK, Hangouts currently doesn't support MMS over WiFi. You'll need to switch to the stock app for that.
Changing VPN settings won't do anything - maybe they meant APN settings? I don't think that will help with this either.
