Help haptic feedback an vibrate not working

Just bought a inspire off someone. I did a full reset and double checked the settings in the options and check/unchecked them. The vibrate still doesn't work at all. Anyone know how to fix it?

Did the person you bought it from say that vibrate was working prior to the sale?

You can try a vibrate app from the market, like vibrate tools, to see if maybe that works.

As for haptic feedback I'm not sure what could be stopping that. I know the setting is menu-settings-sound-scroll all the way down. But with a factory reset it should already be checked.

Update.... It's just really low. The can't feel it, but I can kinda hear that's its on just ultra soft. The even with the haptic feedback of the home an back buttons. Anyone know a fix for thay? Or is the phone just broken.

Could be broken.

I know that after my phone has frozen and then fixed itself or force-closed an app, the vibration for the buttons will not work for a minute.

Just put it on vibrate and try calling it or something. As for haptic feedback, keep that off. It will kill your motor and battery.
