Help Haptic feedback issue....

When you turn haptic feedback off, should the slider and the little arrows
to change the home screens will vibrate?? Or is this a bug like on the
Droid 2??

haptic feedback tends to be specified to screens so i would presume that it would stay on for other functions as a standard, unless deactivated in settings.

Well I have hapric feedback off in the settings, so I am not sure why
it's still giving feedback even while off. I can seem to find any info if
this is a bug, or if the lock screen, widget moving, and home screen
arrows, are still supposed to vibrate.
