Haptic Feedback No Longer Works

Help! I've recently updated my software (today) and I've realised my haptic feedback no longer works even with the option turned on. If anyone knows of a solution please let me know!!

Can you tell us what update it was please. And did you back up your phone before the update?

Hi, no I didn't back up my S3 before I updated. I think the softwsre version i updated to was V5_1208_5_1.
