haptic feedback problem

Just got a warranty refurb. Haptic feedback is screwed up. I have it ENabled in phone, sound and keyboard settings.

The phone keypad and the hard keys on the bottom of the phone work.

But there is no vibration on my homescreen or keyboard.

Am I missing something, or do I need another replacement?

Well that's great, But anyways, Do you know that haptic technology is now installed in cars? I tell you, it's true. As a part of technological advances, more car makers incorporate this to avoid vehicular accidents. Cadillac, for instance, has announced a brand new security feature for much of its line that is targeted at reducing distracted driving. Buyers can opt for seats that will vibrate, just like a cellular phone, when proximity sensors recognize nearby automobiles.
