Help Hard bricked phone by formatting sd card

So as the title says i deffinitely hard bricked it. i was selling my rooted evo so i take the sd card out put it in my new phone, then i realize i have all my roms/kernals/boot img/4ext from the evo on the card and i delete it!!! :/

Bad mistake...

I go to activate the evo for my friend and i have to get the MEID number so i take the battery out and put it back in, attempt to turn on the phone and i get some red flashes from the notification light and then NOTHING! My CPU doesn't read the phone and i can't get into recovery or hboot.

Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?

Oh yeah i activated the phone for my friend and he paid $60 for the month and he has no phone.

Try and send it back to VIrgin mobile. They will take it back 8/10 times.

If you can access the bootloader it is definitely not hard bricked. You may also want to try a RUU.

Can't access bootloader and how can i get the RUU when the computer doesn't recognize its even plugged in?...
