Help Hard Reset Possible w/computer?

Hey guys, was wondering if there was a way to to do a hard reset without using the phone. The LCD screen on mine broke and I can't see anything. I'd like to clear out the entire phone and sell it on ebay. If anyone could help, that'd be great!

Well, if your buttons still work you can try doing it 'blind.'

Turn off the phone/pull the battery.

Hold 'volume down' and then press power until the phone turns on (if the screen is COMPLETELY broken and the screen doesn't even change enough to tell it's on, just wait five seconds or so).

Let go of both buttons, then hit 'volume down' four times slowly (leave a second in between presses), then hit power.

That should factory reset if I remember the process correctly. Google it to make sure.
