Help Hard Reset won't work

I have an Alcatel T10 Tablet, after "android is upgrading" showed up, I can't unlock my phone. I tried to Hard reset it bc i can't open it but Hard Reset won't work. It keeps on showing android with Red exclamation mark. Please I cant open my phone. HELP lol
 
So you basically disrupted Android while it was upgrading? You didn't let it finish? You have yourself a brick because the OS failed to install. You'd have to look for a copy of the firmware. Also everything in the phone is deleted.
 
No. I actually let it finish. After saying that the upgrading is finished, it turned off, when i opened it my passwrod has changed and I can't unlock it now. I tried giving it a rest for a bout two days. while trying to hard reset it because its so frustrating
