Help Hardware keys issue

The back key on my phone is a bit loose and hard to press due to huge amount of using. Is this just my phone or is it a issue that everyone has. I got this phone for less than 30 days, so I'm still able to take it to rogers and ask for a replacement. Is it worth doing this, or am I just gonna encounter this problem again?

Plus one on that, I am four/five months in with mine and its fine having had lots of use. Get a new phone! Seriously tho, Rogers have been pretty good with a couple of other users that have had different problems but have swapped the phone over for them.

Had my phone for about half a year, i have not had this problem. And I've never really seen this problem pop up in this forum, might of just been a faulty phone you should be fine after your replacement.
