I just found my old ipod touch, which I didnt use anymore because the headphones sound is interupted when walking or moving the jack. There must be something wrong with plugin, because other headphones give the same problem.

When I move the jack of the headphones the sound disapears very shortly at one side of the headphone, which is no problem when for example laying still. But when walking its constantly going from sound to no sound at one side.

If has no warrenty anymore, so can I maybe fix this myself?

Sounds like you might need to replace the jack. You could potentially ask on an Apple forum for the appropriate method to fix it as a lot of us aren't really experienced with Apple devices or the procedure to fix something like this.
