Help hardware/rebuilding phone questions

I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I broke my lcd trying to get them apart initially, so I ordered a new one and put them in the phone. I have it working again, but with a few issues. I'm not sure if the drop caused some.

My vibration motor came off at the solder points. Does it do anything else? I can only talk now on speaker phone. i can hear fine. I can even hear my own voice in the phone when calling, but no one can hear me if I don't put on speaker phone now. i'm not sure where to look inside for the mic and what could cause this issue.

My wifi dropped to like 25 percent now, but I think i can fix that since it is well documented where it is located and how it works. I want to try to fix the issue with the mic when i open it again though as to not keep opening it up for minor tweaks.

I love how easy the phone has been to work on so far. I hope there are some people on here and have some hardware information and experience to help me be able to make normal calls again.

Also, I forgot that I broke off the volume down button somewhere along the way. Just the little copper looking button that the plastic hits. Does anyone know if that is easy to fix? Thanks for your time.
