has anyone filed an insurance claim on their Sprint Photon 4G recently?

Which model are they replacing the Photons with these days?

Back in September we ended up with the same phone after my wife lost hers. They must have tons to cover warranty replacements.

I got a new one about 3 weeks ago and they are still replacing them with photons
