Help Has anyone gotten Battery Monitor Widget to read correct mAh?

Title says it.

It gives some wacky results no matter if I override the mAh retrieval with any of the settings or leave it on automatic. It can show as much as +3000 for charging and -1500 for discharging. I know that is nowhere near right.

It seems it may be a device flaw, Or I am doing something totally wrong.

Any help? Is other people having this problem?

Without understanding finite battery storage technology, I'm not sure if we could say with any certainty that those readings are "correct" per se... I personally have not studied battery storage in-depth enough to be able to evaluate that. The most I know about battery storage is that it's highly inefficient.
