Root Has anyone gotten USB OTG working?

I have the OTG cable and have tried a wired controller and a USB flash drive. Tried using USB Host Controller app and Stickmount app but no luck. I've seen two different sites that say this phone supports USB OTG.

Sorry I got the Lg Optimus L90 instead. Unfortunately the L90 doesn't support Otg.
