my htc android phone is reading clock running backwards... my text messages are being sent but not showing up... running like old messages also.. it runs weird... has my phone been hacked

I'm not sure what you mean by the phone reading clock running backwards.
Firstly I would try switching the device off, pulling the battery for about thirty second and reinserting it and trying again.
If that doesn't work (and I don't think it will as it sounds like there is something fundamentally wrong with your device) then I would try doing a factory reset of the device and seeing if that fixes things. If it was just a few little niggles wrong with the phone then I wouldn't advocate a full factory reset but seeing as yours sounds like it is having serious issues then a factory reset is a clean way of establishing if it is truly broken or if the software has become corrupt.
In all honesty, if you haven't installed any apps from dubious or non-recognised places then the chances are that your phone hasn't been hacked.
