Help Has this happened to anyone else's camera(pic inside)

This is the screen I have been sporadically getting when opening my camera.
Anybody else? Diagnosis?

Nope. 100% stock jelly bean.

Have you taken a picture, or downloaded one, that resembles that?

Looks like you live in a virtual-reality world lol

Can you describe what the problem is with what you see when you open the camera?
If that pic is of the camera looking at something real then have you dropped the phone or got it wet?

P.s. lol in the lil thumbnail of the last pic you took.... is that a chiuaua dog in a bed??
