Hate the ICS dial pad layout - chageable?

Hi everyone! I just got a SGS3 AT&T today (yay) and I hate the phone dial pad. It's laid out differently than before. I'm used to the speakerphone button on the bottom right, not on the left, it's blue, and I hate other features. Do I have any options? Is it an ICS or a SGS3 thing? Thanks!

Its a Samsung thing. Do you mean the dialpad actually or the screen while in call? Those are two different things.
