This is not a good way to compare an LCD with an OLED. The difference is not that dramatic in person. Cameras pick up a ton of glare, and since the Desire S doesn't have a panel that is "floating" near the glass like the SGS2 does, everything will look more washed out and milkier than it really is in person. The strong colors will also favor the SGS2 on camera, but can be overbearing in person. I also forgot to mention, the brightness really makes a big difference. Is the Desire S at full brightness?
