Hi , I was looking at Bitdefender and Kaspersky sites for an Internet security suite for a pc and an android .I was searching on google chrome on my android .After just leaving one Kaspersky google search I clicked the back button and clicked on the next one down and instead of the search a popup of an [ animated sex scene] was there for 2/ 3 sec and then another popup but like a settings type popup directing me to do something ,but I just shut down the phone .Then powered it back up and called Verizon . They weren't any help .4 hours latter a tier 2 rep had me open chrome click on the 3 dots upper right corner and was then going to have me do something else .And I immediately told her, hey there's the name of the add site [ adc,trackers] and a bunch of names and numbers type list like 30 of them proceeding down the page. She wrote those down and I didn't want to do anything else right then. I want to find out more about how it happened and she wanted to more or less clean it up .I thought that would have destroyed all of it . I was under the impression Verizon couldn't be hacked .That's what they had always told me. So My phone right now is just where I left it with her. I'm wondering if anybody else has come across this and how much stuff is probably stolen off my phone in the 1st 4 hours or so before Verizon listened to me and went to the trouble of actually finding the problem .I appreciate any help at all .Thanks MW
