Help Having Headaches Downloading Charts For Marine Navigator Lite

I had the Marine Navigator Light app all last year on my Razor Maax and it worked great till I tipped a can of spray paint off a shelf and busted it. I got this X to use for now and for whatever reason it won't let me download charts. They begin to download then immediately stop and I get the unsuccessful download warning. For whatever reason it says the folder it downloads doesn't exist. May be it's my setup as I am used to downloads going automatically where they are supposed to go and these are free US Gov Raster charts you have to pull in. I don't recall setting the thing up with my Razor was so hard. Does anyone use this appp and / or have an idea why it's not working?

Well, I found out the X doesn't support the NOAA charts download. Went to Verizon yesterday and got that info. I even tried the NOAA app itself and it won't work as it uses Adobe Flash Player which is unsupported. So the question now is what if any marine app this pretty useless phone DOES WORK with? I'm not throwing money at anyone to find it won't work, been there done that.
