I've had issues with all my phones where if I try to "share" a picture directly from the Gallery it won't send it. I always have to compose a new mail and attach it directly.

My friends have told me the same (most on other networks like AT&T)... however one of them told me that she went to "view attachments" on her phone and it worked. I told that to another friend and it worked for her. You may want to ask your friends to try that.

It could possibly be the size of the file y'all are trying to send.
