Hello new friend. Welcome to the Android Forums community.

Tell us about your Android device: Manufacturer (Samsung, Motorola, HTC, etc), Model (S4, One X, Droid 4, etc).

Once we know that, we can take you to the right sub-forum here where other users of the same device can assist you.

Here is the Big long list of Android phones' sub-forums:

Android Phones - Android Forums

..and the Android tablets:

Android Tablets & MIDs - Android Forums

See you in one of those places soon I hope.
