having trouble flashing Baked BlackBean

Ok well, I haven't flashed baked from a TW rom but I have flashed TW to a number of other AOSP roms and all I do is put the rom on my sd card, do a wipe and then go to install from sd card and then install the rom, wipe dalvik cache and then reboot, sometimes it can take sometime for the first boot to load and that's normal. Im pretty sure that will work, what kinda of errors are you getting...

What I would do is redownload the rom and see if you have the same error, if you do move the zip from your external sd to the internal sd or vis versa and give that a try...
 
Well from what I just read on xda, the links are dead and I don't see any place to get 9.0, don't no why 8.0 wont work, maybe a bad download......

Either one will work fine, if you have a better connection on your pc then do that then move it over to your sd card and then run from recovery....:D
